Under the general direction of the supervising attorney(s) and according to established Firm policies and procedures, employee is responsible for providing legal support and assistance to attorneys in the coordination and management of caseload majority of cases are in immigration law, family Law, and some civil law areas. The employee must maintains professionalism and strict confidentiality in all client and Firm matters. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to, the following: filing court documents, conducting intake interviews of potential clients, filling out legal forms, drafting correspondence and motions, billing clients and other duties may be requested and/or assigned. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the employee. Primary job duties that an individual must be able to perform successfully with or without a reasonable accommodation.
