You will provide legal advice in various employment and labor issues to Wix's HR department in the US (CA, FL and NY); support employment-related US projects, including legal research and analysis; draft and review employment agreements and any employment-related documents, review and assess HR policies, employee handbooks, and employee-related policies; support implementation of a knowledge center, while developing methodologies for retaining legal advice, researches and templates; assist in employment aspects of M&As; support developing an ongoing system for legal updates, trends, and training for different stakeholders in the company. You will also deal with general commercial tasks as part of the ongoing operations of the company; draft, revise, negotiate and review commercial agreements; provide overall transactional support and advise on legal issues; assist on other legal issues as needed.Requirements J.D., graduation from an accredited law school. Admission to a U.S. state bar (preferably CA) and active license to practice law. At least 2-3 years of professional experience as an attorney in a leading law firm or company in the hi-tech field. Proficiency in US labor and employment law - Must! Business and commercial oriented with experience in drafting a variety of commercial contracts (experience in online and internet - advantage) Strong interpersonal skills and team player. Hardworking and motivated, service oriented, resourceful and self-learner, multi-tasker, thorough, with the ability to create high quality work under pressure, in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environment and with the ability to coordinate projects involving many people.
