These practitioners provide all of the legal services required with respect to theatrical productions, including securities financing, copyright, counseling and in-depth knowledge of the financial structures in the live stage industry. Associates are groomed from the beginning to accept responsibility for client service and are given the opportunity early on to deal directly with clients and outside counsel. Associates are encouraged to form personal working relationships with clients and are expected to take the lead on their own assignments.
