Drinker Biddle managed to avoid deferring its incoming associates this year by cutting salaries, as we reported back in May. Apparently that wasn’t enough, as sources are reporting more than twenty associates were laid off yesterday. So far, it appears litigators are safe, with most cuts coming from tax and corporate practice groups. [...]
