O’Melveny & Myers has reported a second year of revenue and profit loss. The Los Angeles-based firms litigation department, composing 55% of the companies lawyers,  has been receiving pressure from clients to lower rates. Howard Rice Decimates Associate Salaries

San Francisco, California’s Howard Rice cut all associate salaries by 10% last month. Incoming associate salaries were cut from $160,000 to $145,000.
