Lawyers for the City of San Francisco have voted to continue a 2% pay cut for another year. The Municipal Attorney’s Association, the union representing the lawyers, approved the continued salary cut by a members vote of 167-73. San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris laid off at least five staffers and two attorneys last week. Harris blamed the City by the Bay’s $500 million budget deficit.
