Former Apple and Oracle general counsel Daniel Cooperman is rejoining Bingham McCutchen’s Silicon Valley office. For the 12th straight year, Bingham McCutchenreported an increase in both revenues and profits last year. Revenues, driven by the firm’s restructuring practice and acquisition of the securitization boutique McKee Nelson, were up 12% to $860 million. Bingham McCutchen + McKee Nelson Merger Complete

We reported last month that Bingham McCutchen would merge with McKee Nelson, and operate under the Bingham McCutchen name. This week, the merger was completed.
