Summary: A 72-year-old landscaper was given 100 days in jail after he used a client’s orange juice carton to ejaculate inside, then returning the carton to the woman’s fridge.

An Ohio landscaper pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 100 days in jail for masturbating into the orange juice carton of a female client and then returning the carton to the fridge. Willis Gene Burdette was charged with felony burglary and attempted felonious assault. The 72-year-old made a plea deal with prosecutors, giving him a shorter sentence for the felony charges.

Burdette will also be on probation for three years, must complete a mental health evaluation, and complete 200 hours of community service. He has been banned from any form of employment that would give him access to residents’ homes.

The victim paid Burdette to perform yard work at her home in Massillon, a town outside Canton. The 61-year-old woman testified in court before sentencing that she was haunted by the “gross, disgusting act, and believes he has committed similar acts on other unsuspecting women.”

The woman became of aware of the fact that Burdette entered her home when her home security system recorded him entering the home. Police determined he used “a key located inside of her shed” to enter the home. She contacted police, who then determined that Burdette “began to masturbate inside a small tool room near the garage.”

Police allege that Burdette then “removed a bottle of orange juice from the refrigerator and cummed inside the bottle of the orange juice.” Burdette even went so far as to “shake the bottle” before replacing in on the shelf in the refrigerator. The homeowner did not drink any of the juice.

Burdette was originally charged with contaminating a substance from human consumption by mixing “a biological substance and/or harmful substance, to wit: semen, with a drink, when he knew or had reason to believe that the drink may be ingested or used by another person.” That charge was reduced as part of the plea bargain to attempted assault.
