Summary: Angelina Jolie reportedly did not have a great holiday…

Is Angelina Jolie as cold-hearted as Maleficent? Depends on who you ask. The Maleficent actress is reportedly “furious” that her kids got to spend time with their father, Brad Pitt, whom she is currently embattled in a messy divorce with. The superstar filed for divorce in September, and the main cause of contention is who will get custody of their six children.

According to The Hollywood Life, a therapist allowed the children to visit Pitt’s home for the holiday, and Jolie was not happy about it. “After being told that the kids were cleared to visit Brad at his house she tried to change the terms and have the visit at her home. But she was firmly told no. And that made her furious,” a source told the gossip website.

The two soon-to-be split actors have an estimated wealth of $400 million, and this includes property around the world. However, the pair have a prenuptial agreement for their assets; but no prior agreement regarding what they care about most: their children Shiloh, Knox, Vivienne, Pax, Maddox, and Zahara.

When Jolie filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court, she cited “irreconcilable differences,” and it was rumored that she was fed up after Pitt got drunk on an airplane and acted inappropriately in front of the family. The actor was investigated by the FBI following the incident, but he has since been cleared of charges.

In November, the pair seemed to reach an agreement where Jolie would have custody but Pitt would have visitation rights. Jolie’s rep released a statement saying, “We can confirm that childcare professionals have encouraged a legal agreement accepted and signed by both sides over a week ago. In accordance with this agreement, the six children will stay in their mother’s custody, and the children will continue therapeutic visits with their father.”

Jolie is represented by Laura Wasser, Bert Fields, and Pierce O’Donnell.

Pitt is represented by attorney Lance Spiegel.
