Lindsay Lohan, no stranger to filing defamation lawsuits, may now face one of her own. The troubled starlet accused a fashion designer of sleeping with her fiancée, and now the woman is considering suing.
Lohan, 30, made claims on social media that fashion designer Dasha Pashevkina, 26, slept with Lohan’s billionaire husband-to-be Egor Tarabasov, 23. Pashevkina denies the allegations, and she has hired a law firm to demand the actress issue a public apology.
On Instagram, Pashevkina issued the following statement accompanied with a picture of a video game:
“In light of Lindsay Lohan’s failure to publicly apologise [sic] for her libellous [sic] comments and lies made against me, Carter – Ruck law firm has been instructed to handle this matter and they will be writing to her. Lindsay has an opportunity to issue a public apology by Monday to avoid a legal case which she will certainly lose. #GAMEOVER @LindsayLohan”

Pashevkina’s lawyers said Lohan’s comments were untrue and resulted in a great deal of emotional distress and harassment from Lohan’s fan base. They stated that if Lohan apologizes on Instagram they will cease legal action.
Last week, Lohan’s troubled relationship resulted in the police storming her apartment. Reports state that she and Tarabasov were screaming at each other on the balcony of her multi-million dollar London apartment. She accused him of trying to kill her through strangulation, and their domestic woes allegedly stemmed from her belief that he was cheating on her with Pashevkina. Because of their fight, a neighbor called the police, who broke down her door to get in. No arrests were made, and Lohan later issued a statement that she was working through a private matter.
