The law firm of Perkins Coie has announced that LaDale K. George has joined the firm as a partner in its Chicago office, according to a press release from the firm.

George will work in the firm’s Healthcare Industry group. He joins from Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg.

LaDale represents clients who are involved in traditional and innovative healthcare businesses regarding FDA, NIH, OHRP and ORI regulated clinical development, clinical research, telehealth/telemedicine, post-approval marketing compliance and multi-state provider licensing compliance.

He also represents clients dealing with issues surrounding Stark Law, FTC and CMS clinical integration, Anti-Kickback Statute compliance and federal research grant management compliance.

He represents clients that deal with private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formations and governance, joint ventures, licensing arrangements, clinical integrations and strategic affiliations.

George’s clients include single hospital systems, Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, multi-state large health systems, technology-enabled healthcare companies, large physician practices, pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies and non-healthcare businesses.

George earned his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
