The law firm of Perkins Coie has announced via a press release that is has added Jordan A. Kroop to its firm in the Phoenix office. Kroop joins the firm as a partner in the Financial Transactions & Restructuring group. Kroop joins the firm from Squire Sanders, where he was a partner. He has experience with litigation, bankruptcy, restructuring and workouts.
“Jordan is a great addition to both our Phoenix office and to our national bankruptcy practice,” said Shane Swindle, Office Managing Partner of Perkins Coie’s Phoenix office. “For many years, Phoenix has been one of the busier bankruptcy courts outside the Northeast, so having Jordan on our team here will be a great asset.”

Sara Chenetz joined us last May in Los Angeles and John Penn joined us in Dallas in October and they have both been terrific additions to our practice. We’re expecting that Jordan will be in much demand as well.”
Kroop graduated from the University of Virginia with his J.D. He earned his AB, with magna cum laude recognition, from Brown University. Kroop has appeared in the list for The Best Lawyers in America since 2009.Perkins Coie Adds Jordan A. Kroop to Financial Transactions & Restructuring Group by Jim Vassallo
