A father from Tasmania, Australia, was concerned about the spooky goings on in his kitchen. Suspecting there were ghosts about, he set up his camcorder to catch the spooks in the act. What he found instead was even more unsettling: his girlfriend of 11 years affectionately embraced his 16-year-old son.
Upon being pressed for an explanation for her intense displays of affection, she claimed they were just cuddling a bit. But the son was more forthright in explaining that the two had in fact had sex quite a few times. The father called the police and the girlfriend was arrested.
Makes you wonder just what you would find if you left a video camera or microphone sitting around. All sorts of spooky stuff might turn up. Anyway, the woman, a 28-year-old woman, pleaded guilty in Australia’s Supreme Court to five counts of sex with a minor, claiming she simply didn’t know it was illegal to seduce a 16-year-old, as reported by MailOnline.
The affair apparently began when she visited the son’s room to chat about driving lessons; the two got frisky, kissing and cuddling and ultimately having sex, an act that would be repeated many times.
She has even tried to patch things up with the haunted father, but to no avail. Her lawyer summed it up when he said “she accepts this is not a relationship which can or will continue.â€

She is due to be sentenced on Monday.
