Amanda Bynes Tweets that She Wants Drake to “Murder her Vagina”

What higher honor does internet culture have than inventing some pernicious and persistent idiom — a “meme” — that catches people’s attention. The once famous actress Amanda Bynes has done so tweeting about the Canadian rapper, Drake, saying “I want Drake to Murder my Vagina.” Kinda a gross little trope, though not without precedent — we’ve heard things like this before. Nevertheless 328,121 of her followers on Tweet commented, and its been retweeted more than 12,000 times within 12 hours of posting.

Once famous for being on Nickelodeon’s “All That,” and for her role in “Hairspray” in 2007 and a stint in 2010′s “Easy A,” it seems the drama queen is relishing any attention she can get, and as any 3-year-old will tell you, negative attention is still attention.

One of her friends told RadarOnline that Byne’s was “blissfully unaware” of her erratic behavior.

“Amanda has absolutely no idea about the reputation she’s getting for all of her weird behavior,” said this person. “In fact, when she got her DUI and those hit-and-run allegations all she talked about was the publicity she was finally getting!”

Sounds a bit like a Lohan wanna-be.

Wanting attention in any form might explain why the former child star has been sharing images with strange facial piercing studs in her cheeks and over-the-top makeup and hair. Perhaps she craves her days in the spotlight: if she becomes more a protégé of Lohan she will be well on her way.
