"U.S. District Judge Gladys Kessler said that the manipulation of the criminal courts is the most serious offense that is nonviolent". Agreed ! Though it would be refreshing to see prosecutors apply the same vigor when law enforcement officials commit perjury and "tighten up" evidence in court trying to do their part in 'gettin' the bad guy'. Doubt my assumptions? Heard of DNA and the Innocence Project?
While it is terrible for anyone to manipulate the criminal courts, when it is done by law enforcement it is almost unforgivable.
