Agreed ! Though it would be refreshing to see prosecutors apply the same vigor when law enforcement officials commit perjury and "tighten up" evidence in court trying to do their part in 'gettin' the bad guy'. Doubt my assumptions? Heard of DNA and the Innocence Project?
