“Tom is a prominent member of the middle market business community and has been a long-time leader at AM&AA,” said AM&AA spokesperson Michael Nall, AM&AA Founder and CEO. “We are most fortunate to have someone of his experience and caliber in this leadership post. We welcome him and look forward to a successful Summer Conference.”

“One of our primary goals at this conference is to drive immediate and ongoing deal flow by bringing together deal makers in this fragmented segment of the M&A marketplace,” said Kesoglou.

Kesoglou represents mezzanine funds, private equity funds, SBICs and BDCs and venture capital funds. He offers legal advice for corporate transactions that include buyouts, early and late stage private equity, mezzanine financings and fund formations.
