“We are delighted to have Adam return to Chadbourne’s Kyiv office as we continue our market-leading work for clients in Ukraine,” said Chadbourne global Managing Partner Andrew Giaccia. “Having Adam back in the fold with almost 20 years of hands-on experience in Ukraine will be of great benefit to our clients and his colleagues in Kyiv.”
Mr. Mycyk’s recent work has included advising EBRD on a variety of financing transactions in Ukraine, a U.S. manufacturer of agricultural equipment on financing sales of equipment to Ukrainian companies, and a Chinese manufacturer of solar power equipment in connection with its equipment sales to a leading Ukrainian developer of solar power plants.

“When we opened for business in Kyiv as a Chadbourne office, Adam was already ranked among the top lawyers in Ukraine,” said Chadbourne’s Kyiv Managing Partner Jaroslawa Johnson. “I was very sorry to see him leave Chadbourne but am extremely happy to see him return to the firm and our Ukraine client base.”
For many years, Mr. Mycyk has consistently been ranked in Band 1 in Corporate/Commercial by Chambers Global and is recommended as a Banking & Finance practitioner in Ukraine. He has also received a Band 2 ranking for Energy and Natural Resources by Chambers Europe 2012, which referred to him as a “great professional who is very knowledgeable regarding the energy sector.” Additionally, Mr. Mycyk has been recognized by PLC Which Lawyer? as well as Best Lawyers and Ukrainian Law Firms 2010-2012.
