The international law firm Chadbourne & Parke announced today that it has promoted four attorneys to counsel in New York and Washington, DC. Raquel Bierzwinsky, Ikenna Emehelu and David Santangelo have been promoted in the New York office, while Samantha Miller was promoted in Washington.
“I congratulate Raquel, Ikenna, David and Samantha on being named counsel,” said Chadbourne global Managing Partner Andrew Giaccia. “They are outstanding attorneys and excellent additions to our talented teams in corporate, project finance, Latin America and insurance/reinsurance. We appreciate their legal skills, commitment and hard work for Chadbourne and our clients.”
