“Obama and the Democrats are laughing at the deal they just made … the Republicans got nothing!” Trump exclaimed.

On December 28, Trump tweeted, “[O]nly the big deal should be approved!”

Trump, in his criticism of Republicans, said that the group “may be the worst negotiators in history.”

The deal came to fruition late on Monday night, which was brokered by Vice President Joe Biden and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, a Republican from Kentucky. In one of his critical tweets, Trump said the following about the Republican Party:

“Obama and the Democrats are laughing at the deal they just made…the Republicans got nothing!”

Trump, who is a Republican, in case anyone did not know that, also tweeted the following after the deal hit the news:

“I am a Republican…but the Republicans may be the worst negotiators in history!”
