Katt Williams Explains Why He Slapped Employee at Target

In a follow-up to a story we brought you a couple of weeks ago, comedian Katt Williams has said that he slapped the Target employee across the face last month because the former employee called him the n-word, according to TMZ.

Williams performed at the Comedy Store in Hollywood earlier this week when he decided to talk about what happened prior to the slapping incident at the Sacramento Target. Williams explained his situation to the audience, saying, ”This is what the dude at Target said … ‘Your assistant is already suing you, you p**sy ass n***er.”

The comment made by the Target employee was in reference to a lawsuit filed by one of Williams’ former assistants, who is suing him for $5 million. The former assistant claims that Williams punched her.

Williams said that he lost it when the employee made his comment, saying, “Did you just say the n-word in front of Katt Williams?” The employee said the following in response, “You say it all the time.”

Williams then told the employee to say it one more time and see what will happen. “Say it again and see what happens.” The employee then gets hit by Williams. Williams then told his audience that his racism is the same as what Dave Chappelle went through, saying, “That’s the same sh*t that drove [Chappelle] out of the f***ing business.”

The employee from Target was identified as Forrest Liebenberg, who was fired from the store, but the store never issued a reason for the termination.
