You mention in the article the Photographer was a Freelance Photographer yet in the title you say "New York Post Photographs Man as he is hit by train". Either the person who titled the article never read the article or you are trying to make the story more sensational. The fact is the NY Post BOUGHT the picture. But nobody on their staff TOOK the actual photo. The story title is a bit misleading.
