@Chris Wilson,let me just say this.”Retarded” does not mean slow.I’m a musician,so I’m an expert on this.To slow down is to “ritard.” I have quite a few cousins who have learning and mental disabilites and I worked as a student teacher for a special education class.I dont appreciate Ann’s comments or yours. People like you are the reason that the world is tainted;because you don’t care about anyone’s feelings but your own. God forbid that you ever had a child with autism or down syndrom and someone walk in a room and say “retard” in front of them. How you do think that those people feel when people use that word to be hateful to others. The man who wrote this letter to her is correct,it’s not right and nobody should use that word in a derogatory way.Mentally challenged people are some of the best people in the world. They’re not hateful,theyre happy,and theyre very intelligent if you give them the chance to be.Also, on the use of the N-Word.How dare you use that word. It is so rude and so racist. I’m white,and I would never call someone that word to get my point across. It’s degrading. In my opinion,you have no room to call anyone a name referring to their intellect,or lack-there-of;because you,my friend,are obviously not the brightest crayon in the crayola box.The president doesnt control gas prices,in fact, our government in general doesn’t.We buy gas from the middle east,and when things go ary there,our prices go up.THEY control that. And I’m considered middle class and I feel that I have been helped quite a bit actually.So, you really should let your brain finish working before you start typing,my friend. Because what you just stated on this page is far from intelligent.

Well the way i see it is as follows:
1. retard by definition is “slow” or “to make slow”.
As I see it, Obama has had a slow or “retarded” attempt at being the president. There has yet to be a budget made, or I guess you could say he has “retarded” his efforts.
He has yet to cut the deficit in half as he said, or one might say he “retarded” recovery, or perhaps retarded growth. Also, just to throw it out there, a nigger is an uneducated person (not just an african american). He obviously does not know how to promote job growth, decrease gas prices, or help the middle class, so as I see it he has no idea what it means to be president.
So in conclusion he is a “retarded nigger”.

I for one don’t take the time to vote and Probably won’t in this election, my reasoning is simple, if I voted that would imply I had a choice that one’s policies would affect my family and myself favorably over the other or maybe one man’s ideals and direction is more representative of who I feel would do a better job running our once great nation. The truth is I don’t believe on candidate would do anything different than the other, rendering my vote useless. The fact is I’m apolitical basically the whole excercise I find actually great for checking out the sound bytes of people who have deemed themselves to be more patriotic than the next person? Truth is I think it’s just a psychiatric condition driven by ego, when someone like Ann Coulter feels the need to inform me that Obama is not the N-word but the R-word? OK Ann. OK people tell me this when someone uses words like that what comes to mind? For me, I think uneducated, I mean who talks like that to cut down another person? yes your right someone that has not been educated or a 12 year old. So based upon this article thanks to Ann Coulter if I were to vote, sorry Mitt Ann just lost you a vote. For if I sided with Mitt, that would mean I would be on the same side as the uneducated and immature. That’s what I got from this article. Everything else said whether relevant or not I wouldn’t know all I saw was Obama is a retard and I thought so little of this woman whatever else she had to say was lost to her comment. I could go on and on but really what adult woman speaks like that? I’m astonished that this is how a successful author communicates.
