New CFO and CIO Named at Loeb & Loeb

 

 

In a press release from Loeb & Loeb LLP, the firm announced that it made changes to its senior management team on Friday. The firm named Scott Cotie as its new Chief Financial Officer and Patricia Anne O’Hara as its new Chief Information Officer. Cotie will work in the firm’s Los Angeles office while O’Hara will work in the firm’s New York office.

The firm’s chairman, Michael D. Beck, said, “Patti and Scott are two outstanding leaders and veterans in their respective fields, bringing a combined 40 plus years of experience to our firm. They have a proven talent for attracting, developing and maintaining a highly skilled team, and are team players all-around. We are confident they will both continue building on our firm’s status as an innovator and global leader among law firms.”

 

In their new roles, Cotie and O’Hara will work with the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, Alan B. Cutler. Cotie will be responsible for managing the financial functions of the firm in regards to its strategic objectives. O’Hara will be responsible for managing software development for the firm.
