Tuvi Keinan Adds to Brown Rudnick’s Real Estate Restructuring Experience

LONDON ( September 24, 2012) – - Brown Rudnick LLP, an AmLaw 200 firm with offices in the US and Europe, is pleased to announce that Tuvi Keinan has joined the firm as a partner in the Real Estate and Restructuring practices in the London office.

Mr. Keinan’s practice includes sophisticated cross border restructuring and finance experience. His clients include private and public companies as well as developers, high net worth individuals, private equity and hedge funds.

Mr. Keinan joins Brown Rudnick from Morgan Stanley where he was the Head of European Real Estate Restructuring, and prior to that the Chief Financial Officer responsible for cross jurisdiction related financing, restructurings and hedging, as well as acting as the UK Chief Investment Officer. His focus in the last few years has been on origination of off market opportunities associated with financial distress both equity and debt. Mr. Keinan is instrumental in creating large financings through challenging market conditions by deploying a variety of innovative security and profit share structures.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Keinan worked as a practicing lawyer in London, New York and Los Angeles for seven years.
