Woman Sues Trainer for Ejaculating on Her Feet During Massage

Ashley Clevenger was at the Gold’s Gym in Merriam working out on September 29, 2011. When her workout was done, the woman from Kansas went into a room where massages take place with Gregory Darrell Davis. While in the room, the woman claims that the physical trainer rubbed his penis and ejaculated on her feet during her massage.

Clevenger lives in Johnson County. According to a complaint filed in court, she was lying on her stomach and “felt something strange on her feet that did not feel like Davis’s hands.” In the complaint, Clevenger explains that she turned around to find Davis “rubbing his exposed penis on her feet.” Davis then “ejaculated on plaintiff’s feet.”

Clevenger is asking for damages for negligent hiring and supervision, battery, negligence, vicarious liability and emotional and psychological suffering from the incident. Can you imagine this happening to you? An innocent workout and post-workout massage turns into a horrifying experience that could scar you for life from ever going to a gym again. Hopefully this woman still finds a way to hit the gym. She should not let this guy win.
