		<description>Often, while traveling, I temporarily feel like a homeless person.  Everything I own, for the short term, I am carrying with me.  It would be extremely disconcerting and disruptive to my life if the government had the right to seize my luggage without cause.</description>

		<description>I so agree with this decision.  The &#039;stuff&#039; that the homeless carry around with them constitutes their &#039;homes&#039;.  Every person is entitled to privacy in their &#039;home&#039; (or vehicle).  Otherwise, anyone would be subject to having their vehicle or luggage confiscated.  Good call!</description>
