competition is always present in the retail business. if apple cant deal with that, then they surely do suck as a company. no bias, but i love both companies, they make good products. i just hope they dont get too greedy enough. innovation is the greatest strategy here. samsung is very competitive , i must give credit to that. apple should do sumthing about it or else they would suffer a decreasing market share.

Wow greed sure is a nasty taskmaster. Lets face it, Steve Jobs was an unpleasant man to deal with, and so is the company he has left behind. There is a place in the sun for all, but greed does not agree. So this is how adults play, I am sure that they never learned this growing up. Apple must learn that they are not the only ones making good phones, and that said that android phones are well received.

Learn to use proper grammar, “apple is awsome fuck all people that rights bad about it your just pissed that apples better than samsung the phones are the phones of the future.” There are so many things wrong with that comment it’s insane. I own both Apple, and Samsung products. A Mac book and two Ipods from Apple, and my Samsung Galaxy S3. I love every single one. Samsung kicked Apples butt in the mobile phone fight, and Apple kicks butt in computers and everything else. So no need to go so polarized. They should just admit defeat and start working on IPhone 5s now so they can try and beat Samsung next time.

Apple is taking the IT industry backwards by suing companies for small things, just because they have falling share price. Although, Android has copied the ‘look’ that iOS originally had but its stupid to sue other companies over this small detail.

Talk about biting the hand that feeds ya. Did you guys forget who manufacturers your touch screens. Samsung, what are you going to do now?. Manufacturer a non touch screen? Good luck selling that one APPLE. Plus no 4g devices that apple can tap into boy talk about taking 2 huge steps backwards. Not to mention every time apple launches a new product it looks exactly the same as the one before it. Sounds to me like there just pissed off because of the new dog on the block go Google!!!

Samsung has a lot of its own designs and their phones are way more equipped than iPhone. Apple is just upset because people are able to purchase a product for a cheaper price on which contain more “creativity” than Apple. Why only due Samsung? Why not others? This is ignorant.

Well if apple can sue over size and shape. Then Gene Rodenberry’s estate should sue apple. Not for money to shut their fat mouths up.

Star trek actually visualized ipod touchs and ipdas 10-15 years before they made them. So Suin for a rounded corner or a slim style is ridiculous since they did not invent it.

In fact allowing any company to copyright/patent/ or sure over something so stupid is ridiculous.

Apple stocks are dropping for a reason. this suit will not help them.
