Woman Escapes Store Topless Following Theft

Aishana Clayton used one of the most innovative methods recently to escape from the police after she was caught on camera stealing a pack of Pampers diapers. Clayton was taking the diapers from a Pathmark store in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. When Clayton was taken into custody by security guards, who placed her in a store backroom, she punched, bit and scratched one of the female guards. What Clayton did a couple of minutes later is even more interesting.

The female guard, 47, grabbed Clayton’s shirt, which is when Clayton wiggled her body out of the shirt and ran into the parking lot from the store without a top on her body, according to Michael Chitwood, the Upper Darby Police Superintendent.

“Her breasts were swinging as she ran to the car,” Chitwood said.

Clayton has yet to be apprehended by police even though her getaway car, a Buick, was found. The female security guard attacked by Clayton did not need to be hospitalized for her injuries. Clayton is currently on parole that does not end until November. She has been convicted four times before for theft of retail items. Clayton has also been arrested for attempted murder and aggravated assault. Clayton faces charges of simple assault, retail theft, robbery, harassment and recklessly endangering another person.
