Cincinnati Man Arrested for Masturbating with Teddy Bear

A man from Cincinnati has been arrested for the fourth time in the previous two years for masturbating in public with a teddy bear. The man, 28-year-old Charles Marshall, was arrested on Wednesday of last week after he was seen masturbating in an alley by employees of a health clinic. Marshall, after his arrest, was charged with disorderly conduct for his misdeeds.

According to Municipal Court records, Marshall was previously charged and convicted of engaging in public indecency/disorderly conduct with a teddy bear three times. Marshall received small fines and short jail sentences as a result of the misdemeanor counts. Marshall was charged the first time in February of 2010 when he was seen ‘with a teddy bear in mens bathroom’ while at a public library. This prompted the judge to order Marshall to ‘stay away all Hamilton Co. public libraries.’

Marshall has also been arrested in November of 2010 and August of 2011 for ‘masturbating w/a stuffed animal (teddy bear)’ and ‘masturbating using a teddy bear in a public place where minors were likely to be present.’ It was not immediately clear whether or not the arresting officers confiscated the bear from Marshall upon his arrest for his embarrassing and disgusting crime. Marshall’s mug shot is embedded within this post so be sure to take a gander at it.
