This canard has been started by British Toilet Paper called Daily Mail that picked it from another Saudi Toilet Broadcaster Al Arabiya. Last month this same newspaper brought us another fake story about a book about allowing wife beatings and another that talked about Muslim women should not be allowed to touch cucumbers as an "unknown" cleric in "Europe" deemed it was sensual.
