Walgren is not a common name as far as I know, and my grandfather emigrated from Sweden at the turn of the century (@ late 1800's) and died in Minnesota on Christmas Day either 1900 or 1905. His name was Eric Walgren. I suspect he may have had a family in the US as well as my father's famaily in Swedan. After all, who would know, communictions being what they were in those days. If you should read this,and are curious, I'm not sure how you can get in touch with me as my email is not printed. I am Canadian, but spend winters in the desert here in Thousand Palms CA.
