		<description>These studies are popping up everywhere now.  It might be safe to call one or two very isolated studies &quot;liberal propaganda&quot;... but when similar tests start to give the same results over and over, it might be time to start opening our brains to the possibility that maybe these scientists are actually on to something.</description>

It is another hit piece where academics project their own prejudices against people who disagree with them and publish it as &quot;science.&quot;  Note the adjectives used.  Liberal brain traits are &quot;open minded&quot; and &quot;tolerant,&quot; where conservative brain traits are &quot;fearful,&quot; &quot;inflexible&quot; and &quot;racist.&quot;  Why not &quot;flighty&quot; and &quot;dissolute&quot; for liberal brains and &quot;deliberate&quot; and &quot;well-grounded&quot; for conservative brains.  

And, of course, the piece insults conservatives&#039; intelligence.  I suspect that the researchers failed to control for many variables, such as education level.  People with higher IQs tend to have more university education, with also correlates with more liberal politics.  Immersion of young people at university tends to do that.</description>
