Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) is very popular these days. The bill is designed to protect right-holders by providing them the power to stop online piracy. SOPA may affect small businesses. For example, a trademark owner could force payment processor to stop servicing the site if the site sells counterfeit goods.
