A lawsuit is filed by two nurses at Colorado’s Aurora Medical Center. According to Natalie Fiore and Lisa Stransky, nurses should be paid for the time they need to change into and out of their scrubs. They have to be 15 minutes earlier at work in order to find the proper sized scrubs which they are not allowed to take home.
