Very Few Medical Malpractice Lawsuits Result in Win for Patients

The study on medical malpractice suits shows that only 22% result in some sort of reimbursement, either via resolution or jury award for those doctors specializing in high-risk actions showing nearly a 100% chance. The study states that the lack of success is not indicative of playful claims. Medical blunder is also sometimes very difficult to prove.
