First-Ever Chairman and New Managing Partner Elected by Vinson & Elkins

On Tuesday, September 6, Vinson & Elkins elected corporate partner Scott Wulfe managing partner for two years.  The firm also announced its first chairman, a capital markets partner, T. Mark Kelly, who will also serve in the position for two years.  Both partners are in Vinson & Elkins Houston office.
