Thomas M. Cooley and New York Law School hit with lawsuits

Two of the country’s biggest law schools – Thomas M. Cooley Law School and New York Law School were both hit with lawsuits over alleged fraud regarding their graduates’ employment and salary data. The law firm dealing handling the case, Kurzon Strauss, has claimed that these two schools were picked because they seemed to be J.D. factories. The lawsuit demands that the clients of the firm, current students and graduates, be paid back tuition refunds and other remedies.
