Faye Dunaway is being evicted from her New York apartment, but not because of a declined credit card. The actress reportedly took advantage of NYC’s Rent Stabilization Laws to own her apartment for just $1,048.72 a month. This would be acceptable if the NYC apartment was the actress’s primary place of living, but after discovering that Dunaway’s main home is in California, she will be evicted.
