Attorney Christina Ayiotis, an expert in e-discovery and data privacy will head the Data Breaches and Cybersecurity Panel at the Legal Technology Leadership Summit. The Summit will be held September 6th – 8th on Amelia Island in Florida. During her Panel, Ms. Ayiotis will address the events that trigger data breach response obligations under current laws and she will discuss what those obligations are. The Summit will also examine changes that should be made to law and policy in order to keep pace with developments in the field.
