Paul Ceglia just replaced his council in his Facebook lawsuit, although it is unclear if it was his decision or the firm’s. He replaced DLA Piper, a massive law firm, with Jeffrey Lake (who is most known for representing “Medical Cannabis Collectives”). This is after DLA Piper claimed to do due diligence and convinced itself of Ceglia’s claims.
