With the coming into effect of 2 bills signed by Florida Governor Rick Scott, the procedures a woman has to follow to receive an abortion would be restricted. According to the HB1127 a woman has to undergo an ultrasound procedure and has to view the images before being done the abortion, in case she is a victim of rape, domestic violence etc. And HB1247 relates to abortions by minors and requires parental notice.
