It was announced by Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP that Nicholas Groombridge and David J. Ball, Jr., two renowned patent litigators, have joined the firm’s Litigation Department. The Former focuses exclusively on intellectual property matters and is resident in Paul, Weiss’s New York office and Later also focuses exclusively on intellectual property matters, representing clients in patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and related tort and contract claims and is resident in its Washington, D.C. office. “We believe that Nick and Dave will take our patent litigation practice to the next level.” said Ken Gallo.
