Atlanta Journal-Constitution has reported that the US Circuit Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit, has upheld the conviction with 28-year prison term on Phillip Hill, 54, the mastermind behind the massive mortgage fraud that gravely shook the housing market in Atlanta; several other defendants including at least two lawyers too have been convicted. The court has, however, not upheld the conviction of Les Rector, Hill’s right hand man.
