Largest Employment Verdict in Texas Secured by Fish & Richardson in 2010

Special recognition was given to Fish & Richardson P.C. in the Texas Lawyer newspaper as a result of a case won by the firm in Texas in 2010.  The firm won $28 million in a breach of contract verdict for Richard Garriott against NCsoft Corp., a South Korean based company.  According to the press release, the win was “ranked as the largest employment-related verdict in Texas last year, and the state’s 15^th largest verdict overall.”
