Ing Loong Yang, an arbitration partner of Sidley Austin LLP, is relocating from Singapore to Hong Kong. He will still be the Global Coordinator for the firms arbitration practices. Most of his arbitrations deal with China, so transferring to Hong Kong makes sense. Sidley Austin is regularly rated as a top U.S. law firm.
