Lindsay Lohan Back in Court

For gossip columnists and paparazzi, Linday Lohan is the gift that just keeps giving. 

Ok, I suppose that applies to bloggers looking for a late afternoon midweek lark as well.

In any case, the one time Mean Girl was back in court today, this time over a $2,400 necklace she allegedly shoplifted from an upscale jewelry store.  Earlier in the day, Lohan rejected a plea agreement and the judge warned her that if she rejected the plea agreement and was found guilty in his courtroom, she would be going back to jail.  This didn’t seem to phase the actress, who compared her last turn in the county pokey to the fate of Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, an Iranian woman stoned to death for the crime of adultery.
