Vault.com has ranked Ropes & Gray as the “Best Firm to Work For” for the second year in a row. In revealing the rankings, Vault.com said, “Ropes & Gray manages…to combine a high level practice with a collegial and respectful culture.
The “quality of life” rankings were determined using a formula that weighed several categories, including satisfaction, hours, associate/partner relations, diversity, formal training, informal training, pro bono and business outlook.
Ropes & Gray was also No. 1 for hours, firm culture and informal training.
