According to AmLaw Daily, Les Baugh and Karol Denniston have joined the firm Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schrek as partners.
Mr. Baugh comes to Brownstein from Fulbright & Jaworski and will work in the firm’s natural resources practice group, focusing on renewable energy projects, oil and gas matters, and M&A deals.
Ms. Denniston, formerly of DLA Piper and whose practice focuses on corporate restructuring as well as distressed and restructuring transactions, joins the firms corporate restructuring group.
Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck has offices in Albuquerque; Aspen, Denver and Glenwood Springs, Colorado; Lake Tahoe and Las Vegas, Nevada; Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, Sacramento, San Diego and Santa Barbara, California; Santa Fe; and Washington, DC.
