Thompson Hine Adds to Executive Committee

Thompson Hine has elected new members April Miller Boise and Tony White to the firm’s executive committee.

Boise is partner-in-charge of the firm’s Cleveland office and a member of the Corporate Transactions & Securities practice. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

White is partner-in-charge of the firm’s Columbus office and is a member of the firm’s business litigation practice.  He serves the Columbus community in a number of leadership roles, including president of the board of the Varsity O Men’s Alumni Association, representative to the office of the vice president of health services for the OSU Alumni Advisory Council and citizen member of the board of The Ohio State University Medical Center.

Founded in 1911, Thompson Hine is a business law firm with approximately 400 lawyers.
