Today, Snell & Wilmer announced that former Holland & Hart partner Daniel R. Frost will join its construction practice at its Denver office. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Frost is one of Denver’s preeminent construction lawyers. His practice focuses on litigation and claims presentation, claims avoidance and management, construction and engineering contracts and documentation as well as a number of advisory functions in public and private projects.
About the addition, Tim O’Neill, Administrative Partner of the Denver office, stated: “Dan offers a unique combination of complex construction litigation experience with significant transactional and contracting capabilities. His wealth of experience and leadership in the construction field will be a strong compliment to our western regional presence.”
